Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most physical orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Standard shipping within the US typically arrives in 5 to 10 business days after that. International shipping times vary by destination.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is available at checkout. Delivery times and customs fees vary by country. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also check your order status on the Order Tracking page.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If something arrives damaged, email me with a photo and your order number. I will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Products

Are your art prints original artwork?

The designs are original, created by me (Rosa I. Evans) using watercolor, gouache, markers, and mixed media. Prints are high-quality reproductions of those originals, printed on premium paper.

What are ACEO paintings?

ACEO stands for Art Cards, Editions and Originals. They are miniature artworks measuring 2.5 x 3.5 inches, the same size as a standard trading card. Each ACEO from HeartSwapz is an original, one-of-a-kind handpainted piece, signed by the artist.

What are ATC cards?

ATC stands for Artist Trading Cards. They are also 2.5 x 3.5 inches and are designed to be swapped, collected, or used in art projects. HeartSwapz ATCs are hand-painted originals in watercolor and mixed media.

What is the difference between ACEO and ATC?

Both are the same size (2.5 x 3.5 inches). The main difference is that ACEOs can be sold or traded, while traditional ATCs are only traded, never sold. At HeartSwapz, all miniature cards are original hand-painted artwork.

How do digital downloads work?

After you complete your purchase, you will receive a download link by email. You can also access your files from your My Account page. Files are typically in PDF or high-resolution image format, sized for 8.5 x 11 inch printing.

Can I use digital downloads for commercial projects?

Digital downloads from HeartSwapz are for personal use only. This includes personal journals, scrapbooks, planners, and home printing. If you need a commercial license, contact me to discuss options.

Monthly Mail Club

What is the Monthly Mail Club?

The Monthly Mail Club is a subscription box delivered to your door every month. Each box includes a curated mix of original art, postcards, paper ephemera, and creative supplies. Every month is different.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your My Account page. There are no long-term commitments. If you cancel, you will still receive any boxes you have already paid for.

When does the Monthly Mail Club ship?

Subscription boxes ship in the first week of each month. You will receive a tracking number by email once your box is on its way.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Because most items are handmade or custom, I do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. If an item arrives damaged or is not as described, contact me within 14 days of delivery and I will work with you on a replacement or refund. Digital downloads are non-refundable. How do I request a refund?

Email me with your order number and reason for the request. I respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.
